Prepare the Package
Ensure the fragrance is in its original, sealed cellophane packaging and place it securely in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of your package, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered or removed.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects the returned item for its original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
